Answer : I used one such service few years back but not at all happy with their work.  They used to charge around $250 for first year and then 40% of amount reduced every year after that. Issues - 1) NO transparency in terms of what are their points to argue about(I know this is secret sauce but give me some hints at least)  2) Follow-up required - whether they have filed it or not?   Due to that I didn't renewed(they gave hard time to come out of their loop though).  Next time - I filed on my own and got the same results what they got for me in the past but this time  - I had to put less time(& efforts) and I know what works or not as I talked directly to DCAD.  Sometimes bringing a layer only causes stress and more money 😡 ...

Choose the right candidate for Parkside’s better future 1.     Candidates need to  work as a team  while on the HOA Board with the prime focus being the whole of Parkside NOT just their alley, street or yard. 2.     HOA Board members should be one who can have the  right attitude and relationship  with vendors and work peacefully with the HOA management company and HOA law firm. 3.     Residents/Board  need doers, not mere talkers  to do this job. Also, they  should be approachable, dependable, and those who wish to do something good that is for the betterment of Parkside . Board members trusted each other. Residents trusted the Board. Entire Board members were approachable and worked with residents anytime whenever any resident had any pending issue. Full transparency and honesty in terms of using HOA's resources in most efficient manner.
